Noise Nuisance 
Our next door neighbours are very noisy early hours of the morning in the hot tub in the garden and in their conservatory shouting and there’s a smell of drugs.

I am struggling with my neighbours above me making extreme noise with plant machinery not meant for a home let alone a flat. This has been going on for months but last night it started at 2am and has been going on ever since the noise is deafening in my home and the neighbour despite damaging my tinnitus and hearing refuses to switch off the machinery I honestly cannot take any more.

Yes my upstairs neighbours have heavy machinery in their flat you shouldn’t have in a home and they use it day and night as they have been doing tonight since 2.30am to intimidate harrassement bully abuse control stroke me stop me sleeping by surrounding me as they have done tonight above my room and throughout my flat to terrify me by the use of excessive noise caused by machinery machanical that can be used by stand alone machines or through being connected to their computers and I have to live with this excessive noise in my home 24/7 but they switch it to above my room in the early hrs and switch it right up my neighbours address is flat 14 Evelyn Court 89 Seabrook Road Hythe Kent CT21 5QR this has been happening round the clock since April but no one will stop these guys one named John the other is the flat owner there is no need for their behaviour no reason either but I cannot deal with this anymore it is damaging my hearing and also my tinnitus please I need help to stop these men they have also done crime and cyber crime against me I have reported again and again they steal my mail as well but I have been ignored

I have requested help from Dartford Borough Council housing and environmental health for recording of low frequency bass infrasound that my adjoining Neighbour has been playing on and off 5 months now but constantly every night the last seven days, it’s causing me stomach spasms, muscle spasm, and severe nausea and shaking, unfortunately they keep telling me to use the noise app, when it cannot record this frequency, many young people are now listening to this sub bass/infrasound as they like the vibration, and infrasound can be used specifically to target a Neighbour and can kill people, I suspect this is purposeful since I have sent three letters and knocked five times, and am ignored, however it’s made me so ill I’ve been taken by ambulance to hospital this week and has now reached the stage I will have to vacant my home making myself homeless, as I physically cannot take it, so currently I am homeless due to my Landlord refusing to provide appropriate equipment.
