Often, we are contacted by people who are fed up with noise or frustrated with the investigation process. They may have contacted their local authority or housing association but it seems like nothing happens. Many others don’t know where to start or need help getting their case sorted.
Last year 500,000 noise complaints were made to local authorities and less than 1 in 100 led to enforcement action. We help improve those odds, speed up the process and get your complaint prioritised.

With our unique noise complaint service members can access a range of resources and tools to help them with their noise problem. We also provide professional advice through our course/resource platform.
Resources include downloads, podcasts and video; and our extensive library of resources is growing all the time.
We are Experts in Noise
Our resources are provided by qualified and experienced noise professionals. We are made up of a small group of highly qualified environmental health professionals with over 60 years combined experience of noise enforcement. We include chartered environmental health practitioners, an acoustic consultant, a university lecturer and an academic lawyer who specialises in nuisance.
